Once you receive the quote, you can accept the price or continue discussions until a final price is agreed upon. After the quote is accepted, you can place the order via email or by calling us at 407-555-5555.
  • Payment: Orders require a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% must be paid upon delivery. Payment options and methods will be provided with the quote. Orders will not proceed without the initial 50% payment.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed by a quote.

4. Production and Delivery

  • Production Time: Production will begin once the initial 50% payment is received. The production timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the order and product details.
  • Delivery: Estimated delivery dates will be provided after your order is confirmed and the production process begins. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping methods. FRATIVA is not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the final order and will be included in your quote. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Custom Designs and Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of Designs: By submitting designs or artwork to FRATIVA for printing, you represent that you either own the design or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any claims arising from the use of designs that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • License to Use: You grant FRATIVA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your design for the purposes of fulfilling your order.
  • Design Guidelines: We reserve the right to refuse any custom design that contains offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content, as determined at our sole discretion.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun. Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at infofrativa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the defect, and if verified, we will either replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
